Butch,,,PLEASE STUDY THE Actual particulars of the LOAN she would be placing, she does not transfer title, so, all the upkeep, insurance ,taxes, etc would remain her obligation.
JMO, Based on my having been a Mortage Broker. , we did & you are right about the insurance upkeep & taxes she is paying all of that now this would be all about her having a load of $ & being able to stay in the house we are not worried about inheritance but i will definitely take your advice

Well that did not take long! I am a huge believer in Ramsey - have followed his guidance as much as possible....Dave gets right to the point in this article and echoes many who have already provided input.
Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.

Well that did not take long! I am a huge believer in Ramsey - have followed his guidance as much as possible....Dave gets right to the point in this article and echoes many who have already provided input. wow that is not at all how it was presented to us by a legitimate mortgage dude the deal they offered was a lump sum of 90% & the rest in a year the loan has to be repaid 1 year after my Mom goes or hand over the keys
