I ordered a new rod and a shirt and decals. The rod arrived last Thursday, the tube was broken but the rod survived. I made the FedEx delivery person wait while I opened and inspected the rod, no nicks or marks. Used it over the weekend and caught a few fish on it so I'm very pleased. The shirt and decals were shipped USPS and had a delivery date of last Friday. I figured I'd be patient and wait since it is Christmas and I know the delivery companies are swamped. Well this morning I sent an email to Falcon asking if they could find out anything on their end. I got an email back late this afternoon that Falcon would just reship the items I didn't receive. I know in the grand scheme of things the item somewhere in shipping never-world aren't that expensive but with the quick response and making it right, they've got a Falcon Rod owner for life... Dan

Yeah you can quit tracking any package on USPS now!  Go on them for sending others as some companies wouldn't do it.

Yep USPS took over a week to get a package from Arlington to someone 10miles down the road. USPS calls it holiday shipping lol pretty much put it in the mail and wait a month.

Yep USPS took over a week to get a package from Arlington to someone 10miles down the road. USPS calls it holiday shipping lol pretty much put it in the mail and wait a month. I ordered from Stanley Jigs when they had their sale a couple weeks ago. They shipped it on Wednesday and I got it on Thursday!  When I checked the tracking on Thursday morning it showed it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. All of our mail leaves here, goes to Shreveport, and then on to the destination even if the destination is here.

Glad you got your package so quick!

I've been using primarily Falcon Rods since the early 90s.
