Has anyone tried fishing Big Man's reef (out of Galveston)?
If so, any snapper?

I have not. it is so far from a boat ramp that I have never taken the time to go check it out. Being that it is the only thing out in that area, you have to be dedicated on going there and not have any other place close by if it is dead. Which may make it a good spot since I am sure most others think like I do and avoid it.
There may be some red snapper there from now (jan) through the very beginning of March. If you end up going to check it out, post up what you found.
