I catch the most fish and biggest in winter!" I am calling y'all on your lies. When the water gets cold bass fishing is garbage.

(They will change depending on wind and cloud cover. Look for the warmer water.) 2. In general, slow down your presentation. (There will be occasions when schools of fish will get fired up and you dont need a slow presentation.) Two of about 200.

But, what I do know is when you go out in the winter you don't have to deal with all the other yahoos on jet skis, wake boats or pleasure boats trying to make your life miserable. It's quiet, peaceful bliss. That right there makes wintertime my favorite time to hit the water... Plus the smallmouth seems to come alive and are happy to play... Dan I agree with this, out on Roberts Thursday, caught one bass and few sandbass. Only saw like 10 boats all afternoon, it was really peaceful. One of the more enjoyable days I’ve had on the water in a long time.
