I think the power plant has been shut down for quite some time. The fish there still have to eat so I would not let the fact that the power plant is not keeping water temps up discourage me from going.

The power plant has been shut down for YEARS. I would imagine that there are still fish in there somewhere but I gave up trying years ago. I just found this article giving an update on future developments. Going to be a lot of changes in the future.
