How far up Little Caney can you run without risking death and destruction for someone who doesn't
know the "path"

Many thanks from me and my LU!

Don't even try it dude!!! If you want the lane in, just wait at the mouth until you see a boat with three people(probably a guide) and follow in. With the lake almost 2-1/2' low its not worth it. Just my 2 cents.

The area between the red lines is the tightest part of the lane. Mega pucker factor going through there when the lake is low if you’ve ever seen whats under the water. If your unsure idle that section, it’s not wide open after that by any means but, imo, pretty easy to navigate. Ofcourse the boat lanes chip would take the guess work out of it.

There’s a stump in the area shown on the above map and I think at 2.5 ft low it can be hit.

I miss the naked lady. That was back before boat lane chip...that’s when you had to just know the lake and it had grass

The boat lanes chip is very helpful but thru that area Buda marked if you're off half the width of the boat to the right or left you can take out your lower unit. The stumps in that area are 2 feet in diameter

Boat lane chip is really only good if said lake is at full pool. Even then between Williams and Dale the chip will get in trouble if you don't know it very well.

I run about 100 yards past Hideaway then shut it down and idle back. There’s a few open spots between Hideaway and the back you can get on and off pad to save a little time.
