Good evening people,
We are going to put on a fishing tournament at lake Whitney Saturday Jan 2nd out of Mccowen valley boat ramp.
$100 entry
$20 big bass “optional”.
100% payback
Large mouth and small mouth bass only
5 fish limit.
Minimum 14 inch bass
No dead fish will be weighed
Shotgun start at safe light.
Lines out of the water by 3pm.
All Texas regulations and laws will be enforced.
Sign in will start at 6am and end at 6:45am
Scales will be closed at 3:30 pm. After the 3:30 alarm goes off on my phone the last person in line will be the last person who gets their fish weighed. No exceptions! Hope to see a big turn out. Stay safe and tight lines!

So if you catch a large spotted bass you cannot weigh it in?

Yes sir you can weigh in a spotted bass. Just didn’t want people bringing in striped bass thinking they counted.
