For me, I'd say:
1.) It's a Wonderful Life
2.) Elf
3.) Die Hard (You won't change my mind that this is a valid Christmas movie)

Home Alone and Die Hard.
A Christmas Story used to be one, but when you can only see it on the 24 hour marathon with commercials it kind of ruins it for me.

The Santa Clause came out when I was a kid and I always enjoyed it. Haven't seen it in years though.
Christmas Story and Die Hard also.

Almost forgot Bad Santa. The wife and I always turn that one on Christmas Eve after the kids go to bed. Nothing takes the sting out of "some assembly required" like that bartender chick yelling out "F me Santa!" over and over again.
