Beautiful place! The stairs are the only negative. Ten years ago, it would not have been.

That place looks great and you’ll figure out the stairs.

I’m SO GLAD you’re looking at an existing house rather than building, which you know would be a complete nightmare

That other house had the evil curse on it from the git-go, don’t go back there

might want to check out the effect grass carp have had on the fishing at Kentucky lake....if fishing is as bad as it rumored to be,there is going to be a drop in value for real estate in that area....

Nice, very pretty. Only draw back I can see is that I know you are a couple of years older than me and if you screw up on any of those stairs, it will take a long, long time for that hip to heal...if ever.

He already had a place there. He knows. And how the fishing is on almost any lake doesn’t effect the value of lake property. 90% of the people that buy lake places don’t even fish much. Water sports and lake living are the reasons for it.
Lake property is a fantastic investment as it is limited.

Looks good to me. I like the idea of buying an existing house on the lake instead of rebuilding on your existing lot over a 1 year period. Move in and move on with your life.

this ^ ^^ ^
we're too dam old to have to start from scratch when ready made is available.

I would seriously price a stair lift for up the hill but other than that it looks to be a really nice place. if in the budget snag the neighboring lot as an investment/addition.
