I own a ZX250 2019 model, and mine is back at Skeeter for the 2nd time in six month with air pockets in the fiberglass causing a lot of holes. I would definitely do more research in this area if I were looking to buy a new Skeeter.

So I added your scores and came up to 96. Is that correct? Seemed kinda high compared to all the other boats.

I was on the skeeter bandwagon myself. After owning, won’t own one again. Not up to par with companies like bass cat in my opinion.

Big difference between the ZX and the FX models

Mine was an fx21. They all suck. Every boat brand going to have issues. My biggest issue was that skeeter didn’t want to make anything right. They throw it back on a dealer. Basscat has gone above and beyond with my small issues and that’s what really made me a fan of bcb

No doubt! In all fairness, he should've graded the boat with someone in it that knew the boat. Example Scott in the Caymas and The guy in the PHX. Especially since most guys are running hydro jackplates and all boats run different with them. Could've maybe grabbed another point!

Seeing how all these boats are coming in 79-81 shows that all these boats are great boats. No matter who makes them. But they all have their flaws somewhere. I think if they made the "perfect" bass boat, we'd all be rolling the same brands!

Im really enjoying these. Instead of climbing around them in person (besides the ones Ive already fished out of) I can drink my coffee and climb around in them here at home! lol.

Question on Skeeters and rooster tails. It seems every time I see a Skeeter they are throwing a huge rooster tail unlike any other boat I see running down the lake. Is this normal to get the performance out of it or someone that doesn't know how to trim the motor correctly? I've always been told on a Bass Cat if it's over the height of the motor it's trimmed too high.

Probably over trimmed, for max performance on mine, I have to click my trim down about 3 clicks from max at WOT and rooster tail is right at engine height.
