I just read some ad for an expensive medicine to clean yourself out for healthy reasons.
Why spend the money on medicine?
Any decent Texas chili will clean you out and its guaranteed

I have a sure fire way to eliminate anything and everything in your system.
Take a watermelon, slice it in half, sit it out in the sunlight for half a day and then refrigerate it. Eat a little or a lot, your choice.You will be on the throne for a whole week or until you take a large dose of Imodium AD.

All jokes aside, (and yes, that's too much to ask in the fishing forum) if you've ever done an internal cleanse, you know how hard it can be, but how beneficial as well.
If you have never done one, do a bit of research, choose a cleanse, they are basically all the same, (small fresh salad and lots of water per day, cleanse pills) then give it a go.
The truly hard part is NOT eating much for 3-10 days.
