Good news and bad news for the good folks in the Bay Area of Cali. First the bad news. City officials in SF have approved a ban on smoking cigarettes and vaping inside apartments. Now the good news. It's still OK to smoke pot!

Can you still jump the boarder, kill, rape , rob and then get PR bond? Asking for a border jumping, robbing, raping, murderous friend.
