I'm wondering if anyone has been to Medina lake lately, and if it is normally worth fishing this time of year.

I have not been there in months. Following to see if anyone else chimes in.

Lake is at about 43% of capacity now.

Wow! Medina is at a -30.45 feet! I would imagine that Medina is relied heavily for water supply. The lack of rain in the past months has not been friendly to Texas.

The lake rarely stays full or even close to full.

I believe the “Elite Bass” had a tournament there last weekend. You might check their Facebook page and see if they did any good.

Lake is at 43 percent full. Have not fished Medina this year. I do know TPW had stocked a lot of Large Mouth Bass in Medina a couple of years ago. thumb
