I quit going to the gym when all this Covid mess started (easy excuse) but it was time to start hitting it again (especially after Thanksgiving).
This morning was my first day back and I had every intention of taking it easy but that quickly went out the window and I started to see if I could lift the same weights as 9 months ago. I could but as I sit here typing this, I can feel my muscles starting to sore up already.
When will I learn?!?!

I been going about a year now. I try not to miss 2 days in a row. I've dropped about 25 lbs. Feel 100% better. I still want to lose another 15 lbs. to get @ 200lbs. I really have to watch my diet. 5lbs comes back real fast. My biggest issue is Beer. Miller Lite aint so Lite when the consumption is plenty.
Just want to make folks smile, and spit coffee on their keyboard.
If you put beans in your chili, you don't know beans about chili.
