How in the world could Romain Grosjean walk away from this? He credited the Halo device for saving his life...but wow!!

Fiery crashes used to be commonplace, but I haven’t seen one like that for years. He is a fortunate man. The car split and it got to the internal sealed field cell. Very unusual crash for F1.

I really hope Russell can capitalize on this opportunity and show what he is truly capable of in a competitive car. I pray he doesn't make a silly mistake like he did at Imola.

The safety technology gains in racing the last several years are amazing. Glad he survived that without more than a few burns.
