Had one today for lunch. It came with a fair amount of sauce, pickles and onion, the bun was lightly toasted and not soggy. First bite I noticed the firm texture of the meat, it had a flavor reminiscent of pork, pork like most places use for breakfast sausage patties these days. The sauce, pickles and onions are key for this sandwich, don't try to go around this taste combination. It was a tasty lunch and now I have that out of my system I'm good for another year.
