I need a new hobby. I think I'm going to be spending more time at my home than I have in a long time. Going to need something to do. Can only go through tackle, clean rods, polish the boat, clean guns and such so many times before I'm outa stuff to do.

What are you hobbies that keep you busy at the house and our from in front of the TV?

Gardening can take as little or as much time as you want it to.

My lifelong hobby has been coin collecting. Haven't had much spare time for the past year or more, but prior to that I could sit down with a magnifier and a box of old coins and spend quite a long time looking for rarities.

Rod building, lure painting, ammo loading, boat detailing. All these are the outdoorsy types.

Then the conventional:

woodworking, furniture building, metal working . . . all these will take a shop space.

I'm coming close to retirement. I've been looking at doing tables and other things out of resin. My ex Texas neighbor just finished her first one and it looks amazing.

Lure building/painting /pouring
BBQ
Road trips
Going down to the creek and walking/fishing the creek.

Yard work. Or a motorcycle. If you're not riding you're maintaining/ modifying it.
