I recently purchased a jon boat--my first boat--and am looking for a professional to help me install the trolling motor. The boat is a grizzly tracker, with a platform to install the motor. As mentioned in the title, I am looking for help in/near Granbury. Please DM me if you are available to help, and we can talk details.

You tube man. I had a buddy help me but it is not hard. The electrical is what I needed the assist with. May save yourself some $$$

Many thanks. It really isn't hard to do and like 4Weight said there are probably 100's of videos on YouTube. If you were close to Lufkin / Nacogdoches I would help you in a heartbeat.  Was there another one already there or is it a fresh install? If it's a fresh install you will need to run the wires to the battery, install a circuit breaker, and get it connected to the battery/batteries.

You tube man. I had a buddy help me but it is not hard. The electrical is what I needed the assist with. May save yourself some $$$ What he said. I pulled wire through tubing up the side of a couple of aluminum boats. Install a plug so you can remove it as necessary. One thing though, use stainless steel bolts, but use brass lock nuts with fender washers on the backside, you will thank me later.
