I really like my two 1st Gen Ti 12's and thinking seriously about upgrading the unit at my console to a 12" Ti2. Lowrance stepped up the Elite Ti2 series by adding features such as blue tooth link capabilities, sharing of transducers, and other HDS like features.

BPS and Cabelas have the 12” ti2 for $999 for Black Friday special. Lowrance is releasing the Ti3 soon so get one while you can. As for comparing the elite ti to the helix I have both. For sonar my Helix takes the not with mega di. For mapping and ease of use it’s the Elite Ti hands down.

I’ve got a 7 inch on my bow ( I mainly use it for mapping when using livescope) and like it a lot. At $1000 now the 12 is a steal.

I see that in their add but they show they don’t have any in stock...

Cabelas has them. I just ordered one. Not sure when the deal ends. At 1/2 off, I’d think they’ll go quick.

I went ahead a picked up a pair of 12s today. I've never used lowrance units but felt this would he a great opportunity to try them out. I really love my gen 1 helix units but I couldn't pass up this price point.

They are still showing in stock at Cabela's and with the 12% Cash Back through Active Junky it would be hard to pass up if I were interested in one! bolt

Thanks for that link. I wasn’t able to find it earlier today.

I got one when they first came out and it has been a great graph with no problems. The HDS 12 Live has sharper and clearer images but not enough for me to pay the difference.
I am really impressed with the clarity of the side scan on the Ti2. It really helped my getting older eyes to go to a 12" screen and that side scan has opened up a whole new world on my local lakes. The down scan has been good but it is something that I am still fine tuning. The ease of use and navigating to different panes has been very good. I do better with the Lowrance 2D sonar that I do with Humminbirds and the Ti2 12" screen makes that a lot easier also.
The only thing that I would change is to have bought one now at these much reduced prices. Good luck with your decision and I don't think you would regret getting the Ti2.

I would like to know if someone actually got that 12” from Cabelas. When they put something that good on sale it’s usually a leader ad. What that means is your lucky as [censored] to get one. They will put a couple out the morning of the sale and if you get there first it’s yours. If you order it online they will send u an email there backordered. After a couple of attempts at there to good to be true sale. I do all my shopping at fun and sun.

I have one on the dash and love it. I put a helix 12 on the front for future upgrades and the helix 12 is significantly larger.

When I am not fishing I am thinking about fishing. And mostly what I should have done differently my last trip!

Great deal! The 3-in1 ducer is worth $200! I wish this price were going on when I bought 3 of the 9” Ti2! Side imaging is so much better than my old Gen 2 HDS units!
