Big Easy has an appropriate name for sure. 16.25 turkey, brined 8 hours last night. Injected shortly before cooking. 2 1/2 hours later it was super tender and moist. Looks good, we had steaks
call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.
