I’m visiting folks in St Louis...I just ate 7 White Castles and I figure in about 3hrs I will have the room to myself to watch the games in peace...I do have a clothes pin, for my own nose, for self preservation..

And yes, you forget how good they were. I could pound some down in my younger years. Of course, 12 beers before hand always had an affect on the appetite.

I used to travel to Chicago a couple times a year, and about every five years or so I would visit a White Castle to remind me of how awful tasting those sliders are. Any fast food burgers I have ever tried taste better than those vile things.

Absolutely, positively nothing healthy in them, but they sure are good. Get 1 or 2 three or four times a year. My first was about $0.06 each!

I love White Castles. Grew up in St Louis, me and my buddies used to meet at WC about midnight on Friday night,
get about 4 dozen and go watch the street races down on Hall Street. Beers and WC burgers best there was....!!

Dem belly bombers is truly da bomb. Back in the 1960’s WhiteCastle was the only place open after midnight, so after tying one on at the frat house, castle was the place to go. Hope to make a visit to St. Louis in the near future and White Castle is a must have, along with Hodak’s Fried Chicken, Steak N Shake, Ted Drews frozen custard, Imo’s Pizza and Dad’s Cookies.

When I was a kid they opened “ Crystal “ on Garland Road between LBJ and Casa Linda center. It had burgers that I believe are similar to White Castle or so I’m told. Still remember my dad taking me. They were 12 cents.

Krystals is the southern version of White Castle. They are all over the southeast, but the few they opened here bombed.
