How do you clean your Big Easy, Tneel?
I’ve just been using water and one of those scotch brite pads, but you are doing a way better job than I.

Tried something different this year! Got about 2 Gallon of water too a Rollin Boil and then ladled the HOT WATER on the bird. Man it tightens the skin up nice. Seasoned with 2 Gringos Special Blend and Tony Chachere jalapeno butter injected Apple and Cherry wood smoke  ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2020/11/full-62802-75617-20201126_134733.jpg)

Hose it down with a water hose is about it. Paint on the outside is faded and a little rust on the lid but it still cooks after 5 years. It sits on the patio in the elements but has held up.
