Saw that in the Navy. Damned good technician turned into worthless in less than a year from weed.

I think we need to realize if it wasn't weed it would be something else. Losers are losers. Too many successful weed smokers to think differently.

Not one person has ever died from weed.
All these persons died during their involvement with very low level amounts of marijuana. Either as a consumer or seller. Did they OD, of course not. I’m just trying to point out that there is an ugly side to marijuana that some wish for us to ignore. Feel free to look up last nights case. Khambrail Winters.

He died due to being shot. Creating a black market via prohibition results in crime. Same thing happened during alcohol prohibition in this country. How many people are killed trying to buy alcohol today in the US?

BigBob I don’t find the young mans death funny, especially after talking to his family. I will stand by my original point. Even if decriminalized tomorrow there are way too many unanswered questions surrounding how this happens. I believe that unless there are some type of sanctions for the illegal trade the legal purchases will face unfair competition and will never be successful. I’m not against legalization at all but how do we trust politicians that can’t accomplish much of anything to come up with a reasonable way to legalize safely.

I don't disagree with much of this. Tax it to death and illegal weed is more attractive.

Unanswered questions surrounding how what happens? Murder during a drug deal?

The weed lobbyists haven’t found the right one to bribe yet. 😂

That's better than trying to cut a bag with some of those sugar free gummies

You can most definitely overdose. Probably not to the point of death, but eat half a pan of brownies one time and tell me you're not overdosed.

So don't legalize and continue the trend of back alley deals? Man that makes no sense whatsoever.
Yes there will always be a black market. Just like there is a black market for guns or anything else of value.
I live in a legal state for medical. I don't mind one bit paying a little extra to go to the dispensary. I'm going on Friday actually. I like the fact that I'm going into a legitimate business, and not some shady part of town. I like that I have options on what I can purchase. I've sampled just about every indica they offer, and most hybrids. I like that there are regulations on growers. I like that what I'm buying is third party tested for not only for harmful chemicals, but also for THC content. When you buy it off the street. You don't know what exactly you're getting and who your dealing with. I will choose the dispensary every time now that they are an available option for me.
