If we make it legal to sell in stores, like Colorado, then no one will grow their own. Everyone can simply pay outrageous prices to buy the store shixt and put black market weed out of business. That ought to work.

It's pretty simple, if you don't want to smoke weed; don't. We've spent billions and locked up millions in a failed war on drugs. We need a smaller government with less political reach into peoples lives.
