Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

It will be federally legal within 10 years..bet on it. Too much money involved and every govt. agency wants a piece of the tax dollars it can and does generate. I've seen alcohol do much more damage than I have seen pot ever do. I am of the generation that smoked pot on a regular basis. And honestly I'd rather smoke a joint than polish off a case of beer or a quart of whiskey. At least I'd be able to function the next day...:)

I thought that possession of less than four ounces was a misdemeanor.

Iโ€™ve been off my feed and nauseous for weeks. Pot was made to cure that. Wish I had a bucketful beside my chair.

Yeah that makes a hell of lot of sense, keep digging the hole deeper SMDH

The better solution is to support the illegal marijuana trade through the Mexican drug cartels so more people get killed, gang activity increases and we have more crime.

Good thinking

Because prohibition worked so well.

As much as you want. The exception being crossing state lines. In that case, 5lbs seems reasonable.

The real question is how much should you be allowed to grow yourself?

Not a weed user. But it's the one thing I want to grow. Their growing techniques and practices are second to none. You can learn a lot to implement to vegetable gardening by lurking their forums. I would love to tour a major grow operation.

Itโ€™s unbelievable that we donโ€™t have casinos or at least racinos in Texas. Itโ€™s okay to bet $5,000 on a horse but not play a quarter slot machine

EVERY state that borders Texas has legalized gambling and now Louisiana has legalized sports betting

There's a casino about 15 miles from my front gate.

Deep in the heart of East Texas casino

Yes if that's not too much to ask.
