Highly doubt it will ever be open for boats. Luminant owns the ramp and county park and has no intention of opening it up from what I’ve heard...unless someone has had a change of heart during this pandemic.

If the ramp has deteriorated like the brushy creek ramp, it would need a lot of work.

I always launched on the old ramp next to the ramp, with my rv.

That would sure be a cool place to build a house if it was for sale.

TP&W could buy it. But they would probably have to fund a major EPA Super Fund cleanup of the pollutants. Have you seen the list of consumption restrictions?
