Are they processed into cat food?
Most are processed and sent to Asia for human consumption. How do they harvest them?  Nets. You should see them jump when the net closes in on them. I hope she catches tons and tons of them. The boat she uses looks like a John boat on steroids. It is aluminum...and thick. Twenty eight feet long. Flat bottomed. She said they had about four inches of freeboard left when they hauled the 10,000.

In taste tests people are unable to distinguish between silver carp and cod. Cats agree.
