I must be the only person that misses the office. Instead of yelling at people quickly, easily, and in person.....now I have to schedule a zoom meeting with them.

One of the supply houses that we use throws a big lunch party around Christmas for all of the vendors and this year itโ€™s most likely not going to happen. Itโ€™s a nice lunch and we always try to schedule a job in the area so we can go, the shop knows whatโ€™s going on when they see five or six trucks at the same place. On the other hand it looks like we are going to have our company Christmas party still.

I'm right there with you. My employees are only coming in 2 days a week while I'm there 5 and I much prefer the days I can just look over and yell at them. Actually, I don't yell at them, but it is tons easier to troubleshoot something together in person than on a stupid zoom or teams call.

What a maroon!

We did a 2 week work from home when the shut down started. It sucked. I like being at the office.

I'm glad to be back at work. I don't like being one of two professional staff members to work 5 to 6 days a week, because I'm having to handle things that aren't my job, but I'm grateful to be working, so....

We had catered Colters BBQ at work for our Thanksgiving feast. I was a bit underwhelmed with the brisket and sausage.

I like the office. It's my safe-space where people can't tell me how much they hate me.

Colters is still around? I used to love their commercials with that catchy jingle.
