Lots of names you could make an argument for in spots 3-5, but I don't see how you could put anyone other than Wheeler and Jordan Lee at 1 & 2. Lee seems to be better in the late winter / early spring. Wheeler seems to be better post spawn until late summer. They both seem to be able to figure out the fall bite unlike so many pros we have witnessed this fall. Both are amazing anglers.
