Kim and I went on a trip to Deadwood SD on a hot shot run, day after the bike rally was officially finished. We had heard about two weeks later while on trip to Iowa that several states had a sudden jump in cases from the participants. Then I still didn’t fully believe the numbers as I still do today but I’m more cautious now though. . . . . . .

We had a covid "nonbeliever" in church until he got it and had to be hospitalized, intubated, etc.. Luckily he survived, but I wonder if his outlooked has changed.

It's just a hoax

A good family friend passed this morning at about 5am from COVID. His last text to his son was that he was looking forward to getting to meet the Jesus he had preached about his whole life. Very sad, very real. The first person I've personally known to die from the virus.

I'm not saying its not real.
But once again an article that does not explain what other ailments the patients had. What their age or health was.
It is real for sure but I personally know at least 50 people including my pregnat daughter that have had it and none have had any life threating problems.
The one person I do know that died from "Covid" was Tommy Hagler(RIP). Who had 2 triple bypasses in the past couple years, a leaky heart valve and COPD.

Once again how old and what was his health before he got it?

I've known quite a few semi-healthy people that had flu like symptoms, healthy people with the same and then one healthy person that died that had no pre-existing conditions. It's random as hell.

Have had 4 ex and current coworkers die in the last two weeks from Covid, two were 67 and one of them was diabetic, one was 63 and smoked and drank to excess. The other one was 51 and in excellent health. Seven people got sent home from the workplace yesterday for displaying Covid like symptoms. It ain't getting no better.
