Find the large schools of this years gizzard Shad hatch. They are 5-7” right now and the big fish have been around them my last 5 trips. These large schools of gizzards have been on the move big time and I’ve fished in completely different areas of the lake last 4 trips. I found em in 18 ft on a big mud flat last weekend. If somebody tells you to go fish a particular areas then you’ll most likely be disappointed. Find those big schools of gizzard Shad and the bigger blues are usually with them.

There is a fine line between fishing and floating around like an idiot!!
