I've got to quit clicking on these threads. Even if I'm full I get hungry looking at these good foods you guys keep posting. THAT we can agree on, I think I have gained 3# just clicking, may have to post more to work it off.

Core some good sized jalapenos and stuff with cream cheese,cheddar cheese and your favorite bbq rub. Wrap with breakfast sausage(I used spicey Owens) and season with bbq rub then wrap with bacon. Smoke at 250 for 2 hrs then glaze with bbq sauce for another 15 min.
