Do you typically fish slabs or jigs for sandies on RR? I've caught a couple jigging for crappie there, but I'm new to sand bass fishing.

Looks like you've got your setup nailed down with those eagle claw rods haha thanks! Ripping the slab up and letting it fall or do you usually work it more like a jig with more subtle movements?

Mixture of sandbass, hybrids and striper stuff. The slab with flies work on all for sure. Bounce the slab off the bottom slow action in the winter and more action in the summer. Cold winter I might dead stick
