When I tested positive for covid. I had a sinus infection . It turned into pneumonia.

When I was diagnosed I had a sinus infection . It turned into pneumonia, I was covid positive So was it covid that put you in the hospital or the other two and you just happened to be positive?

How many have had the flu twice? Or the cold ? The question should be how did it affect you the second time. Our bodies have this amazing ability to build anitibodies but covid made us forget that

How many have had the flu twice? Or the cold ? The question should be how did it affect you the second time. Our bodies have this amazing ability to build anitibodies but covid made us forget that I am hoping I now have antibodies and want get it again for a while

Going to be a long slow process for those to heal. But I am getting better daily and determined to get back on and ride again My wife got the covid pneumonia and spent three days at the hospital. She was sent home with a portable oxygen tank because of her compromised lungs. We have an oxygen generator at home that we got due to her issues. She has pretty much weened herself off of the supplemental oxygen after about 3 weeks. It is a slow process, but do able. Hang in there Slim.

They're finding some people who were cured of covid go on to develop mental issues. If that's the case, I must have had it several times.

Just a little cough left over and my Shiner isn't tasting 100% just yet.

Researchers have found that for 1 in 10, instead of producing antibodies your body begins producing autoantibodies. "In an international study in Science, 10% of nearly 1,000 COVID patients who developed life-threatening pneumonia had antibodies that disable key immune system proteins called interferons. These antibodies — known as autoantibodies because they attack the body itself — were not found at all in 663 people with mild or asymptomatic COVID infections. Only four of 1,227 healthy individuals had the autoantibodies.
