If you running two trolling motor batteries in parallel do you need a charger on each one or will 10 amps charge both? If all goes to plan, my two 27's will be about five feet apart. Thank you in advance for your help!!

No you will need a two bank charger if you want to charge it quickly it will take days to charge them with just one charger

Definitely need a 2 bank charger unless you want to connect one battery to the charger let it charge fully. Then connect the 2nd battery to let it charge fully.
