It started out cold around 48 and by the time we got off the water it was in the low 70's. And there was quite a pile of clothes sitting on my seat by the time we headed in to the ramp.
The MLF format counts every fish over 10" including slot fish. We fish three rotating sections on Lake Fork every other Thursday daytime about 22 times a year..
Members must fish at least 8 tournaments to maintain membership.

Like the Major League Tournament format they go thru several ways of eliminate anglers to get to their championship day. We do it a little differently because we don't start with 30 anglers. All of our members can qualify for the semi-final by catching 6 LB in one tournament during the year or by fishing 80%. So today we started with 13 boats each with a boater and co-angler. Right now we have 20 members on leave due to covid 19 precautions. On the morning of we picked 1 of 3 sections. The final will be held in one of the other two.
We fished section 2 for today.

1st Bruce Allen of Emory with 8 bass for 18.60 LB with a lunker of 6.17 LB .mostly caught on a square bill.
2nd Randy Bunch of Lake Fork with 6 bass for 17.39 Lb with the boater lunker of 6.40 LB
3rd Gary Pardini of Tyler with 8 bass for13.31 Lb with a 4.68 LB lunker.
4th Dennis Bubinas of Lake Fork with 8 bass for 9.58 Lb with a 1.63 Lb lunker.
5th Jack White of Farmers Branch with 5 bass for 9.29 with a 3.39 LB lunker.

Co Anglers

1st Bill Ailes of Sulphur Springs with 4 bass for4.92 and a lunker of 1.49 Lb
2nd Jimmy Bright of Frisco with 2 bass for 3.94 with a 2.31 LB lunker.
3rd Rick Wright of Rowlett with 2 bass for 3.89 LB Lb with a 2.02 lunker.
4th Jackie Price of Alba with 3 bass for 3.88 Lb with the co-angler lunker of 2.36 tie with Greg Geisler in 7th place.
5th Don Cox of Garland with 3 bass for 3.36 Lb with a 1.41 lunker.

78. were caught and there was 2 skunks.
