Anybody been to the Nolan River for crappie lately?

Last spring was great fun for the sandbass and crappie. I finally ate the last bag of fillets yesterday so I need a refill. Who has been down there recently? I may head down there today, I'll report what I find.

Well it was a nice ride to Blum except for the wind but I guess it's too soon for the fall fishing.

I would like to know. I went to the Brazos one time last year. It was one of those 'You should have been here last week" kind of days. I caught one drum and Bassman 78 caught a rattle trap in his shirt, in a rope, in his pants
