Anyone launch under I35 and go downstream lately?
Wondering if you can Kayak back to the boat ramp or is current to strong.

Went this morning to take a look.
Water is not moving that fast paddling downstream and back to ramp is not a problem

It’s not too bad paddling downstream from the launch the only tough part is that last 200 yards or so coming back up stream. If there has been a decent rain upstream, that last 200 yards is brutal! Other than that, it’s a fairly easy paddle. I’ve got a few vids on my YouTube channel that may give you a heads up
