Has anyone fished Fairfield lately? I have a buddy that fished Fairfield back in it's prime...he is still convinced of how awesome it is. We were considering heading there Saturday and spending night fishing Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Not really interested to just waste time, money, and valuable fishing chasing a "has been" lake?
Any advice and thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks

Do you think the fish took a greyhound to another lake?
The fish are still there, just have to attack it differently.

I have had numerous reports on Fairfield in the last few months. Use them as you will.

Fish outside of the grass line with a wacky rig. As recent as yesterday.
