We had Vegan (wife) version of Hops Cowboy Stew with cornbread last night. I heat it up some with extra chilis and Louisiana hot sauce as well as some “Slap your Mama” - but the bacon is a nice touch that I miss.

Just want to make folks smile, and spit coffee on their keyboard.

If you put beans in your chili, you don't know beans about chili.

Just put a pot roast in the oven, potatoes and carrots to be added later. I am also wearing a cute maids outfit with matching apron, and no bra

Preparing instructions Por favor

1 package Mexican cornbread
1 egg
2/3 cup of milk
Preheat oven to 425 and bake for 20 minutes.
Occasionally, like today, I'll add chopped onions and cheese to the mix.
Sometimes I'll add ground sausage and jalapeño.

Chili will be made this weekend...can't wait.

And my version as beans, sorry gents. Learned it from my grandma and won't break that trend.
