Whatever you choose to say or believe is OK with me. I'm not much in the mood to offer much resistance after 3 weeks of radiation at the VA it has really taken a toll on me. It was deleted and what difference does it make you got $300 for a worthless graph.

Can't always blame everything on the graph. Sometimes you gotta do a lil research before bashing someone and giving up on it. Some things can be operator error and I hope you can fix that operator issue. But I know when it's fixed you won't be coming back on here admitting when you're in the wrong. God bless hope you have a grand ol day.

Yes it was operator error by myself and again the same operator error by a tech who owns and operates Anglers Marine in Seven Points. The man sells and installs Humminbirds. My operator error was dealing with you a liar and con man that took my money and when I said it wouldn't work, it was oh well tuff luck operator error. How can I come on admit I was wrong because it will not work didn't work and never will work.

Zach as a non involved person that does not know either parties you ought to re-look at this. The optics are not good. Your customer has said that the product you sold him does not work properly and your response is a very simple "well it worked when I took it off sorry for your bad luck"

are you really gonna leave it at that ? Not even offer to meet him and look at it in person ? Just a stone cold "I'm out"

Why would you tell someone that a unit you are selling may or may not have a map chip in it?, I mean it either has one or it doesn't....takes two seconds to look.
I would give the man his money back.

Because I did not know if it was in the graph I grabbed it when I got home and put it in my truck. Hes getting the chip either way but the o.p. did not say it was coming with it. I'm not gonna take an accusation saying that I changed the post after he picked up the unit. I was trying to help get it working like it should and he said he wasn't going to mess with it anymore. He's over here acting like I sold him something that does not work but the graph works. He didn't ask to meet somewhere to try it out just messaged me without question and said he would take it. So how is it that this graph works like it should the day it comes off the boat and now it just won't get out of simulation mode. You do a quick Google search and there are multiple ways to take it off of simulation mode. Apparently alot of people have had it happen with hummingbirds. I told him the chip was not in it when he picked it up and I said that I would get it and send it to him. Theres multiple things that will make it go into simulation mode if you do a little research on it. I was as honest as could be about the graph I never fed him no lies about anything on it.

The chip is in my truck from when a friend borrowed it. I will put it in the mail or I can send you the money on what a chip cost. Let me know.

I told Zach he could sell the graph as it has not been on a boat in 2-3 years, it worked perfectly then, maybe it should have been hooked up to a battery but he did not have the power cord as all that went with the boat we had. .If you would like to try and figure out something let me know. But there is nothing in the post that mentions the mount, cover or map card. Just want to try and make this right for all involved.


Shoot me a message on what you want to do on the card. The card will be mailed tomorrow afternoon.

This has nothing to do with the High school bass association. So you can leave that out of it. Matter of fact you can call me and we can handle it. If you would like to meet and I will try to get the graph out of simulation mode this weekend. I will be available tomorrow afternoon and Sunday.

I will bring you money for the card. I am not giving it to you as it has not installed in a graph for a couple of years and I do not want any issues with it not working for you.

I drove to Grand Prairie to get the graph, paid full asking price $300. I got it home and it would not work. I then drove to Seven Points to have it checked by a very competent marine tech who sells and installs Humminbirds. After all the run around I've experienced and you all insist it's operator error. I will not drive another inch or spend another penny on this graph. You all have had every chance to make this deal right and denied it every time.
