Ridiculous. Many capital murder suspects are held without bond of any kind. This guy had 9 other robbery charges.

Ridiculous. Many capitol murder suspects are held without bond of any kind. This guy had 9 other robbery charges. I wonder what this guy is gonna do for money?

If enough citizens from any state can get enough signatures to amend their state constitution whereby . . . any court officer (Judge) who signs for a capital offender to be released early who then commits a further felony will be removed from the bench (and or charged equally with the actual offender).
Would stop at least some of the insanity. Up to the citizens to get this done - politicians (lawyers) will never do so.

He has an order to stay confined at home until his trial,we all know this guy won't disobey a court order. After all he is only a criminal.
