 Neighbor’s kid - first fish

While visiting with the new neighbor (He just bought the place nearby), he wondered if there were any fish in his good sized pond, and mentioned that his kid had never caught a fish. Well, I don’t know about his pond, but my pond has plenty of fish. I got him to bring the kid over and I handed the kid a 8’ rod with a small bream hook and a worm. 20 seconds at most, the kid had his first catch. Pretty excited kid. And a few more fish after that. Big smiles on the kid and his dad. I think we have a new fisherman. That was fun.
