Fried fish filet laid down in the taco and cole slaw made with a sweet jalapeno ranch packed on top. Heavy on the jalapeno ranch.

Or you can find you a Tia Juanita Fish Camp restaurant and eat their's.

Pan fried crappie with cole slaw and tarter. I got a little heavy with the slaw but they were great, just looking for an even better recipe. I have plenty of crappie in the freezer!

Brown two corn tortillas stacked, deep fried black bass, homemade pico, and chipotle ranch. Can't beat it.

We do fried fish, honey lime slaw, avocado, jalepeno ranch.

You need to fry up some tasty Choke bass, like them Cajuns do!
