If you're asking who to contact concerning Guide Insurance, I can recommend Texas Worldwide Insurance Agency. I have my Guide Insurance thru them and am insured by Gallagher Charter Lakes. Many Full Time Guides use this Company but I will tell you it's expensive and a lot of Guides do not carry insurance because of this. I would not leave the Dock without being covered by a Policy that has at least One Million $'s in Liability/Medical for my Customers. If I was a Customer, I'd ask the Guide before booking if he or she has Guide Insurance. The Farmers, All State, State Farm, and major Insurance Companies do not offer Guide Insurance but will cover boats for the non Guide Community. For those Guides not covered by a Insurance Company, it's an "Accident waiting to happen and a subsequent Lawsuit." Good Luck & Safe Boating!
