Will a tractor help out on my 1/3rd acre city lot?

Personally I wouldn't buy anything until checking out a tractor show - every state has them and you can pick up so much of that stuff for next to nothing (with all the implements) that it simply doesn't make sense to make payments. These were shot at the Florida Flywheelers Tractor Show (overhauled tractors to better than new).
