It is called a Bacon Pie... 1.Bacon 2.Ground Beef (seasoned with bbq seasoning) 3.Yellow,Orange & Green Bell Pepper 4.Sliced Onion 5.Sharp Cheddar Cheese Fold the bacon over, brush the top with bbq sauce (sweet baby ray's) And cook on the grill in a cast iron skillet for 45 minutes @ 350 Don't worry the chicken know how to work the defib unit

Your recipe is bucket list worthy, looks and sounds crazy good. Then the chicken knowing how and work defib unit is just dang funny!

Looks dammed good! But I'd substitute mozzarella or Velveeta for the cheddar. Not that I don't love cheddar, other cheeses suit me better in cooking. Pulled pork would make a pretty good sub for the ground beef. Think I know what's on the supper menu one day this coming weekend.
