Pot licker and i skipped our lunch hour to toss a few jigs at the gills. The front had already passed but it was still windy. The gills were frisky as were the bass, I also caught nice rio. All fish had beautiful colors and with the bright sun made for great pics

Side note: for size reference it is 8 inches between my index finger and my wrist

Yes sir chuck! We do need rain our area is in extreme drought all the way down to carrizo. The three areas we fish around carrizo we haven't fished since may. Averhoff is closed due to corona and Boynton and Espantosa are so low the boat ramps are out of the water
We're taking the 12ft jon tomorrow so no need for the ramp

How do you not spook the bass in very clear water like that? The Guadalupe bass at Lost Maples are super finicky, I've thrown everything at them except flies but they never take anything I try.
