Right now is a tough time on a lot of people...
I can't go into a lot of details, but a young person decided they had had enough this week. I was contacted this morning and asked to check on the two 20 year olds that walked in on the aftermath, because they are not doing well. I'm close to these people, and a third that walked up as the paramedics were taking the person away. I'm trying to get them to go to counseling because they need to talk to a trained professional specializing in this type of situation...
Just because someone says they are 'okay' or 'fine' doesn't mean they are...parents, check on your kids, especially those in their late teens and early 20's...a lot are going through a rough time with all this CoVid19 crud and the ravages it has brought upon our society.

Thank y'all. I did not have the benefit of knowing this young person, but I am close to those that found them. Parents should not have to bury their children...especially so young. I will probably go into the office tomorrow and meet with the friends. We've been on the phone of and on most of the day. Like I said, they are not dealing with this really well. One has no idea how to process all this and doesn't want to go to counseling because they don't know what to say....another is just in a bad place altogether. The third, he's trying to be strong, but that worries me a bit more, to be honest with you. We have counselors available to them all, but getting them to go is another matter and that's why I was contacted this morning...

Hey LSS, sorry for your struggles and those you love. Prayers for all. I can attest for the importance of being able to talk about things with somebody. It’s saved so much heartache for me and my family.

Exactly why this lockdown/shutdown stuff needs to end now. Depression is worse than the Covid political BS. Hopefully people remember who is driving this fear mongering situation.
