Love 'em. Every time I toss in a Mepps XD I count on getting a bump if not a fish. Could be anything from a bream to a striper.

The Lake Trout and Northern Pike CRUSH those things up in the northern parts of Canada. I used to throw the things a lot back in the 70’s. But, I honestly haven’t used one in the States in over 40 yrs.

Tying on a Mepps is almost like cheating. Those things will catch anything that swims. You should be ashamed of yourself.
